The Summit Elks achieved a big milestone earlier today, closing on a $1.3 million loan for the construction of it's Rooftop Terrace Project, provided by Investors Bank.
The terms and closing were spearheaded by Linsey Carlson and Joe Stefans of Investors Bank. Participating in the closing on behalf of the Summit Elks Lodge #1246 were Exalted Ruler Mike Williams, Secretary Lois Pagano (also District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler for the East Central District).
Scott Terry of the law firm Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C. represented the Summit Elks, Greg Drummond of Chicago Title Insurance Company, and Aldo Ditriolo of the firm Gaccione Pomaco represented Investors Bank.
Waiting patiently on the sidelines while the whole transaction was going down, were Summit Elks Trustees Jay Kennedy and Rich Callaghan, as well as Rooftop Committee Fundraising Chair Rick Wolffe.
